• Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns on cakes, pastries, cookies, or any other bakery items once they have been delivered.

• If a product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery, we will happily resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We may ask for a photo of the damaged item to process your claim.

• We will provide either a replacement or a refund based on the nature of the issue and our assessment.

3. Cancellation of Orders:

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not yet been processed or baked.

• Once a custom order is in production (e.g., a personalized cake), cancellation or changes cannot be made.

• For any cancellations, please contact us immediately via phone or email.

4. Refund Process:

• Refunds will only be issued for valid claims such as damage or incorrect items.

• The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original order.

• Refunds for valid claims will typically be processed within 5-7 business days after the claim is approved.

5. Exceptions to Refund and Return Policy:

• Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns or refunds for taste preferences or if you change your mind after receiving the product.

• Any claims made outside of the 24-hour period will not be accepted.
